Amazon Technical Communicators Conference kickoff
Joanna was the co-founder of the Amazon Inaugural Technical Communicators Conference. She identified the keynote speaker, planned learning tracks, owned the budget, and spoke at the conference to welcome all participants at the kickoff keynote address.
