Joanna knew she would be a writer from a very young age. She has two Bachelor's of Arts degrees in English and Technical Communication. Joanna has worked for tech startups, large Fortune 100 companies, and non-profits organizations. Her experience includes being the solo writer for a non-profit working on economic equity solutions, joining a shipping and receiving startup as the 10th employee, and becoming a tenured employee of one of the Big Five American technology companies
