Information Architecture

Initially, Joanna wrote and edited all of the content on this Amazon wiki page. She worked with subject matter teams across Amazon to identify the type of content needed, and then worked with them to write the content. Eventually, Joanna managed a team of technical writers, product managers, and program managers who were responsible for individual content areas. As manager of the team, Joanna oversaw the creation and publication of all of the content areas.
